Our Process

Four Steps. Zero Out-of-Pocket Surprises.

The same proven process across 200+ completed jobs in MD and FL. We’ve refined it over five years so you never have to chase your carrier or argue with an adjuster.

  1. 01

    Inspection

We send our team out to inspect your roof, siding, and gutters for storm related damages. No cost. No obligation. Documentation an adjuster will accept.

  2. 02

    File a Claim

Immediately following a successful inspection, our project manager will assist you in calling the claim into your insurance company.

  3. 03

    Meet With Adjuster

An insurance adjuster will want to come assess the property to confirm the claim. Our Project Manager will meet with them as your representative.

  4. 04

    Complete Installation

Once the adjuster writes up the work order, we'll get right to it installing your new roof, siding, and gutters!

Cost of Inaction

What Waiting Costs You.

  • 12-Month Filing Window

Insurance carriers typically give you 12 months to file a storm claim. After that, your damage is reclassified as 'wear and tear' and they pay zero.

  • Damage Compounds

Unrepaired hail damage compounds. A small claim today can turn into a full replacement next year once rot and decking damage set in. Insurance will not cover the follow-on damage, so the cost lands entirely on you.

  • Non-Renewal Risk

Insurers can non-renew your policy if your roof age and condition flags during their next inspection cycle. We've seen it happen across MD and FL.

Don’t wait. Once your filing window closes, you pay 100% out of pocket.

I worked with Todd and Chris to help get a claim filed for a nasty isolated hail storm that caused hail and wind damage to my aging roof and some of my vinyl siding. Supreme was here when the adjuster came out to point out the damage and they secured our new roof.

Supreme Restorations did a great job from start to finish! Todd Snyder was present in every step. Our home was damaged during storms in our area and he was there for every evaluation the insurance company came to our home. Todd walked us through all the steps it took to get a new roof.

Highly recommend this company. Steve J, the project manager, is awesome: prompt in answering inquiries, kept us informed, and oversaw a complete roof replacement to the very end. Thanks Steve and Supreme Restoration for a great job!

Insurance + Storm FAQ

The Questions Homeowners Ask Before Calling.

Every concern we hear before a Maryland or Florida homeowner lets a contractor near their roof, or their insurance policy.

Still Have Questions?

Get a real answer in two minutes. Talk to a project manager, not a call-center.

How do I know if my roof has storm damage I can claim?

Storm damage is not always visible from the ground. Hail causes distinct circular bruising on shingles, roughly the size of a dime or quarter, and granule loss that exposes the black asphalt mat. Wind damage typically looks like lifted, creased, or missing shingles along roof edges and ridges. If a storm passed through your area in the past 12 months and you have not had a professional inspection, you likely have damage that qualifies for an insurance claim. We provide a free no-obligation inspection and document everything with photos an adjuster will accept.

How long does an insurance roof replacement take from filing to install?

From the day you call us to the day your new roof is installed typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. That breaks down to: free inspection (1-2 days to schedule), filing the claim with your carrier (same day), adjuster meeting (2-3 weeks out depending on carrier backlog), claim approval and scope of work (3-7 days after the adjuster meeting), and installation (1-2 days for most residential roofs). We manage every step so you do not have to chase your carrier or the adjuster.

Do I have to pay anything beyond my deductible?

On approved claims, your out-of-pocket cost is your insurance deductible. The carrier funds the approved scope of work. You use those proceeds to pay for the project. If the adjuster tries to lowball the scope, we negotiate on your behalf to get the correct coverage. On an approved claim, you pay your deductible and nothing else.

What if my insurance company denies the claim?

We fight denials. If your initial claim is denied, our project manager reviews the adjuster report, documents the discrepancy with photos and material samples, and files a supplement or appeal with your carrier. Properly documented denials often get reversed on appeal. In the rare case a claim cannot be approved, you owe us nothing for the inspection or the attempted claim. You pay only if work is performed and the claim is approved.

Can I file a claim if the storm was 6 months ago?

Often yes, but it depends on your policy. Florida requires new claims on post-2022 policies to be filed within 1 year of the storm date (18 months for supplements). Maryland windows vary by carrier. If you suspect you have un-filed storm damage from this year or last year, call us at (443) 826-3739 today. We'll help you read your declarations page and confirm your deadline before filing.
