Why Full Exterior Matters

Storms Do Not Damage One Thing at a Time.

A hail event hits the roof, the siding, the gutters, the window screens, and often the AC unit. A wind event rips shingles, tears fascia, and bends gutters. Filing three separate claims for three contractors means three deductibles. We file one comprehensive claim and restore the full exterior under one scope. One deductible, one schedule, one point of contact.

Why Supreme

Five reasons this is the last contractor call you make.

Any roofer can swing a hammer. The ones who close insurance claims without burning the homeowner are rare. We built the company around being that one.

  • Family-owned since 2021. No franchise, no call-center, no dispatch.
  • BBB A Accredited · MD License #146204 · Licensed + insured in both states.
  • Every Google review names the project manager who ran the job. Real humans, real accountability.
  • On approved claims, you pay your deductible. The carrier funds the rest of the approved scope.
  • No claim, no cost. If we can't get your damage covered, you owe us nothing.
Our Process

Four Steps. Zero Out-of-Pocket Surprises.

The same proven process across every job. We refined it over five years so you never have to chase your carrier or argue with an adjuster.

  1. 01

    Inspection

We send our team out to inspect your roof, siding, and gutters for storm related damages. No cost. No obligation. Documentation an adjuster will accept.

  2. 02

    File a Claim

Immediately following a successful inspection, our project manager will assist you in calling the claim into your insurance company.

  3. 03

    Meet With Adjuster

An insurance adjuster will want to come assess the property to confirm the claim. Our Project Manager will meet with them as your representative.

  4. 04

    Complete Installation

Once the adjuster writes up the work order, we'll get right to it installing your new roof, siding, and gutters!

Questions + Answers

Insurance + process questions.

Every question homeowners ask before letting a contractor near their roof or their insurance policy. Don't see yours? Call us. We'll give you a straight answer in two minutes.

Still Have Questions?

Talk to a project manager, not a call-center. We follow up quickly.

Who pays for the work?

On an approved insurance claim, your out-of-pocket cost is your deductible. The carrier pays the approved scope. You use those proceeds to pay for the work. If the claim is not approved, you do not pay for the inspection or the attempted filing.

How long does the full insurance process take?

From the day you call us to the day the work is done, typically 4-6 weeks. Free inspection in 1-2 days. Claim filed immediately after. Adjuster meeting 2-3 weeks out. Approval in days. Installation in 1-3 days depending on scope.

What if my carrier denies or underscopes the claim?

We file a supplement with photo documentation. Properly documented supplements reverse a meaningful share of initial denials. You do not owe us anything if a claim cannot be approved.

How long after a storm do I have to file?

Florida law requires new claims on post-2022 policies to be filed within 1 year of the storm date (18 months for supplements). Maryland windows vary by carrier, often 1 to 2 years. After the deadline, damage is typically reclassified as wear-and-tear and not covered. Your declarations page has your specific deadline.
