Probably yes. The cities on this page are our most-served. We work throughout the Baltimore metro area and across Palm Beach County, which includes dozens of additional towns and unincorporated areas. Call (443) 826-3739 and we will confirm in under a minute whether we can schedule your inspection.

Edge cases are handled case-by-case. If your home is within reasonable driving distance of one of our two offices, we will come out. Our rule of thumb is the Baltimore metro for Maryland work and a roughly 30-mile radius from West Palm Beach for Florida work. Call us to confirm.

Yes. Each state has its own dedicated crews, materials suppliers, and project managers. The Maryland office handles all Maryland work and the West Palm Beach office handles all Florida work. No long-distance sub-contracting.

We do not serve outside the Baltimore metro in Maryland (no eastern shore, no western panhandle) and we do not serve outside Palm Beach County in Florida. If you are in Broward, Miami-Dade, or the Treasure Coast, we are not the right contractor for you.
